Statewide Coalition building Training

Vermont suicide prevention

A multi year engagement with the State of Vermont building coalition capacity across the state, providing technical assistance on the state suicide prevention plan, and delivering skills training to the prevention workforce.

What the work involves

Statewide coalition building including facilitation of coalition meetings, agenda design, governance support, and the connective work that keeps regional partners moving in the same direction.
Technical assistance on the state suicide prevention plan, supporting implementation, priority setting, and the practical translation of plan language into work partners can actually schedule.
Skills training delivery spanning evidence based prevention curricula, postvention practice, and train the trainer capacity so the state retains delivery capability after the contract ends.
A subcontractor team of pre vetted subject matter experts in youth mental health, veteran suicide prevention, and coalition development, managed under a single contract.
Financial and deliverable tracking built to state reporting requirements, with budget caps monitored per subcontractor.
