Thirty minutes, no cost, no deck. We ask what is already known, what is contested, and what
decision is waiting. Most of the time that is enough for us to say whether mapping,
evaluation, or facilitation is the right first move.
Often yes, either as a named partner on your submission or by helping shape the evaluation
and data components. Reach out as early as you can, since proposal timelines rarely leave
room for a slow start.
Yes. The methods apply to housing, aging services, violence prevention, and other domains
where outcomes depend on coordination across organizations. Our deepest subject matter
expertise is in behavioral health and veteran systems, and we say so plainly when a project
would benefit from a partner with more domain depth than we have.
It varies widely, from a single facilitated session to multi year state contracts. Tell us
what you have available and we will tell you honestly what is achievable within it.
